This reference was taken while aboard a whale-watching boat. This sailboat beside us gloriously heading into port and catching the wind!
I left this painting uncluttered from buildings and homes so the focus remains on the journey, the billowing sails and the emotion of sailing.
The gallery-wrapped sides are painted into the scene at 1.5”, which is ready to hang or you can use a floating frame if you prefer.
