dense curtain of gold, silver and copper tones spans Celestial Cascade, suspended between a pale upper field and a deep black base. Scattered flecks gather into an intricate metallic expanse, then descend along an uneven fringe, with isolated fragments continuing into the darkness below.

The composition gives this apparent fall a sense of suspension. Its broad horizontal structure holds the eye even as the broken lower edge draws it downward. Warm copper concentrations and cooler silver passages introduce subtle variation within the gold, creating a surface whose smallest details remain distinct within the larger mass.
