To sit and think is a passive state, but if one was to add in a directional force of growth, they could discover more than forst predicted. Contemplation has one sit with an idea, thought and/or feeling to discover the message that it brings to them. It is a place of processing not only what one already knows and understands, but also what needs to be manifested to see the healed self. This is the initial step in one’s personal evolution as direct action needs to occur, so that ideas can be placed into momentum.
