There was a time when a hat completed you.
You didn’t simply leave the house—you made an entrance. A hat could announce your mood, your status, your confidence, or simply your refusal to disappear into the crowd.

Does Anyone Still Wear a Hat? is my playful nod to that lost bit of glamour. The figure sits quietly at the center while the world around them explodes with color, flowers, lines, and movement. There is nostalgia here, but also celebration—a memory of dressing up simply because life gave you somewhere to go.

And maybe the question isn’t really whether anyone still wears a hat.

Maybe it’s when did we stop making an entrance?
