It’s a weird question, right? Like, who even thinks about whether their “self” has a center? Most of us are just trying to make it through the day without losing our keys or yelling at the guy who cut us off in traffic. But here we are, pondering.

In the middle, maybe there's something that could be a ‘core’ or maybe it’s just another part of the chaos. It's like trying to find the center of your personality when you’ve got work stress, family drama, and the pressure to pretend you’ve got your life together. It’s confusing, and you’re not sure if you’re supposed to be looking for some deep inner truth or just enjoy the pretty colors. But maybe that’s the point. Maybe there is no single, stable ‘you.’ You’re just a mess of experiences and feelings, and that’s okay. The painting says, “Relax, it’s fine to be a hot mess. Just enjoy the ride.”

Does Self have a center?
