Don't Give Up

This piece was made when I was in a ceremony with my family. I asked the grand spirits to guide me, because at this time I was lost in my life. I asked them to show me what my next step was. I was not confident in my path. After joining together in our ceremony we all separated to recieve wisdom. My wisdom came with direct instructions. The paint brush found underneath my bed, I had one busted blue, and semi dried white. With these two colors and one old brush I was called to paint this image with the words "Don't Give Up." It was a massage from the divine that my life with my art was not over yet.
