Japanese Wedding kimonos and their sashes accentuate and complement the beauty of the bride, and also incorporate patterns and designs symbolizing long, happy marriages and celebrating the season. I used metallic, interference, and iridescent paints to create different gold color tones and to show the delicate beauty and complexities of the threads and fabrics.
