In the final minutes of dusk, Grand Teton National Park delivered one of those moments that makes waiting in the cold worthwhile. Standing at Snake River Overlook, I'd nearly given up on the flat grey sky. Then the last of the sun broke through, washing the horizon in orange and deep rose and igniting the clouds above those jagged peaks that rise so dramatically from the valley floor.
