Diagonal bands of deep blue, burgundy and white sweep across Flux, their shifting contours interrupted by expansive passages of gold and silver. Slender crimson accents thread through the darker upper layers, while the metallic-looking textures below break into irregular, densely scattered fragments.

The composition suggests a state of continual rearrangement. Bands converge, separate and change direction, carrying the eye between compressed colour and intricate surface detail. Its sense of movement comes from these uneven rhythms: long, fluid passages interrupted by fractured edges, each layer altering the course of the next.
