Fountain at City Hall 3c9e is an abstraction of one of the smaller "side fountains" set into each side of the base of the reflecting pool of the main fountain.. They are made of carved concrete, with metal fittings and ornamentation, but the don't really stand out to the viewer of the main fountain which is much much larger. I thought these almost overlooked pieces of ornamentation deserved their own studies. In this version of the image, 3c9e, I have rendered the stonework in grainy black with pale sand colored highlights to contrast sharply with the water which I have rendered in a deep blood red.
