The diagonal rupture is the turning point—it cuts through the composition with urgency, transforming the turquoise field into force.
I focused on the tension between containment and release: the left side gathers energy, while the right side absorbs and erodes it. The vertical mass on the right reads as a surface under pressure.
The painting holds a compelling internal conflict: structure resisting dissolution, light resisting collapse.
