Please note, the wood part of this painting is par of the composition of the art work. The series " Frame" explores all aspects of the meaning of the concept of what is a frame. The wood was grown by me, selected and debarked, cured for over a year and assembled without glue or nails. The structure supports and establish the presence in space of the work. The painting continues with the exploration of frame with many metaphors of the frame.
