There are moments in life where you have no choice but to let go and trust that the universe is going to catch you. Everything is spinning and rapidly rearranging around you, and somehow it can feel dizzying, exciting, intoxicating and terrifying all at once.

I think what gets us through those moments is having a strong centre. Being able to hold ourselves steady in the middle of it all while everything around us twists and turns, reshapes and blends, becoming something we can’t quite see yet.
