Genesis

In the beginning . . . I was doing a live painting event and a gentleman blurted out "genesis" and the name stuck. I walk daily because I have 2 very energetic dogs. North Edmonton the sky was turning one afternoon and it looked like a storm was coming, then the clouds opened to this amazing light. Although my photo was rather monochromatic, I pulled colour by layering vast amounts of glazing layer upon layer to give depth and richness to the heavens.
