Great Blue Heron and the City

Digital photography on canvas.

24x16"

Much of my work examines the many ways that wildlife interface with the human built environment. This piece was shot at a park in Surrey, BC. The heron can be seen standing on a post adjacent to a marsh and the towers of a nearby municipality can be seen in the distance.
