She had a way of looking at life and only seeing beautiful experiences. No matter what the circumstance, she always showed kindness without any expectation of getting anything in return. Her quirky sense of humour always made me laugh no matter what state she was in. Her grace and poise made it easy to forget that she was confined to a wheelchair and unable to move from the neck down. Only seeing the bright side of life, she truly had a heart of gold.
