I'm a blossom in the Sun

Acrylic on fabric.

36x48"

This piece is a visual meditation on the unyielding brilliance of Black life, joy, and emotional resilience. At the center stands a Black man, relaxed yet monumental in his presence. by surrounding him with lush, blooming flora and positing the sun directly behind him to create a glowing halo representing peace.
