"Imagine If That Was True" began with a question—the kind that opens up more feelings than answers. I wanted to explore that flicker of wonder that happens when possibility brushes up against reality, when something unbelievable almost feels real. This piece lives in that space between curiosity and conviction.
Working on aluminum gave me a smooth, reflective surface to build on—a kind of quiet, silvery backdrop that holds tension and light.
Color plays a key role here. I used a palette that feels slightly otherworldly—bright in places, muted in others—to guide the viewer through a space that isn’t quite solid or resolved. The forms suggest fragments of things: figures, symbols, all half-formed or dissolving. That ambiguity is intentional. I want the viewer to pause and ask, “What if?”—to let themselves imagine, without rushing to explain.

Ready to hang.
