There will be times in our lives when we need to go within ourselves to understand our life circumstances. Our inner reflection allows us to begin the process of understanding of who we are and how we fit into everything. This is not a quick process as it takes time to integrate all that we have become into who we are to be. It is a process of shifting our intellectual learnings into wisdom. When we enter this state, it may appear to others that we are frozen in time, but what they cannot comprehend is the magnitude of movement that occurs on an emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
