These three painting depicts the three stages of team building namely forming, norming and performing. The various stages are shown by the actions of the figures. Forming stage where the team is starting to move represented by a walking person; stage 2 of norming is represented by the person jogging, not up to potential yet; and the last stage of performing is represented by the person smoothly running.
