Sometimes all we can do is move on and hope for the best.
I am a self taught artist who has been creative since childhood. I am
passionate about art, creativity and helping others. I worked as a mental health worker for many years and later went on to pursue a career in hairstyling. Whatever work I do I bring in my creativity to express, share and connect with people. I find art to be a healing tool that can be applied to everything in life.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Painting is a form of prayer or meditation for me. When I paint time stops and my mind is quiet. My art is up for interpretation and I want others to create their own stories from what they see and feel. This way the observer becomes tuned in with their creativity and they become part of the creative process.
