"Orange chair beside a fireplace" is an original acrylic painting portraying a charming retro-modern interior filled with colourful furniture, books, decorative objects, and cozy details. A coral pink tufted armchair creates a striking focal point beside blue built-in bookshelves filled with books, artwork, vases, and collectibles. A colourful fireplace adds warmth, while a potted orange tree, striped table lamp, framed pictures, and a large oval patterned rug enrich the inviting composition.

Pale blue striped walls create a bright, airy backdrop for the harmonious palette of powder blue, coral pink, turquoise, warm yellow, orange, white, and cream. Bold black outlines, playful hand-drawn linework, simplified geometric forms, and whimsical details give the artwork a distinctive decorative folk-art character.

The cheerful, nostalgic atmosphere combines mid-century modern and Scandinavian-inspired interior design, making this colourful artwork ideal for a living space, reading nook, bedroom, office, or eclectic home decor.
