Scent of Amber represents an idea of a mother's connection to children in time and place. By using metal coated string, usually used for hanging paintings, weaved  in a basic knitting technique, I created a harness which represents a mother's unbreakable bonds,  repetitive routines, and cherished memories with her offspring. The wired harness is adorned with a symbolic amber, semi precious stone,  which revolves around the concept of female empowerment and resilience. Jewellery for the Home.
