Sometimes a cloudy day in winter turns the world into black and white - all the colours become muted. I love to think of the world in a pen and ink drawing. Details appear that you may not notice in bright sunshine. I love to try to capture this feeling. Inspiration comes from as far as my backyard. Ink washes turn this into a painting.
