Touched by the Warm Light

Oil and mixed media on canvas.

Sometimes the simple pleasures are all we need; warm sunlight on the skin, flowers in bloom, a gentle breeze moving through the garden.

She gives herself completely to one of those moments. With her eyes closed and her face turned toward the light, she seems to have forgotten everything beyond the warmth of the afternoon. Surrounded by flowers and drifting butterflies, she rests in that fleeting space between dreaming and waking.

This painting is an invitation to slow down and notice the small moments that make life feel beautiful, to let the light find you, and to stay there for a little while.
