Transition No. 1 grew from an interest in change and the uncertain space between one state and another. Built through layers of acrylic, ink, and graphite, the painting carries traces of marks that have been added, obscured, and reintroduced. Areas of quiet are interrupted by fine lines and subtle shifts in color, creating a sense of movement without revealing a fixed narrative.
