This painting is part of my Invisible Energy series that investigates the energy between things. This piece explores the chakra system and the unique properties of the seven core chakras. I intuitively feel my way through a painting.
To gain an intimate understanding of the subject, I go through an extensive research process before applying paint to the canvas. Once I have gathered enough information to embody the subject matter, I start the painting process. In all of my works, I strive to capture the core essence of the subject.
