Some places feel alive before anything actually happens.

As a kid, shallow water held that feeling. Standing in boots at the edge of a pond, waiting. Watching the surface, convinced something would reveal itself if you stayed long enough. Not looking for a specific thing, just certain there was more there than you could see.

It was curiosity without a goal. Attention without urgency. The sense that the world was quietly offering something if you were present enough to notice it.

Wellspring lives in that space, the origin point of wonder. The moment before discovery, where imagination turns outward and meets what’s real.
