For me booksellers and bookstores are not merely points of sale but profound portals to knowledge, imagination, and transformative human experience. Booksellers and librarians are custodians of these profound gateways.
I weave threads of current events and pop culture into the philosophical and spiritual undercurrents of my art. My art engages with the contemporary human condition by depicting the fleeting movement of time and the human endeavor of "noticing"—the struggle to deeply see and grasp the elusive moments that shape individual and collective lives. This commitment to capturing ephemeral experiences and profound observations is a hallmark of my practice.
