Each painting in the "Convergence of Existence" triptych stands as a powerful individual piece, suitable for standalone display. The thematic connections and visual harmony across the three paintings ensure they complement each other when displayed together, yet each artwork independently captures a unique aspect of the overarching narrative. This flexibility allows for versatile exhibition options, whether as a cohesive triptych or as striking single pieces that evoke deep dialogue.
I am Nozomi, a 27-year-old artist from Japan, now based in Toronto, Canada. My work, primarily in acrylics, explores philosophical themes about perception and reality. Inspired by Toronto’s cultural diversity, my paintings invite viewers to challenge their understandings and engage with existential questions. Through art, I aim to provoke thought and foster a dialogue on the human condition.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
I use acrylics to explore themes of reality and illusion. My paintings challenge viewers to look beyond the surface and question their understanding of truth. I aim to encourage deeper reflection, offering both aesthetic pleasure and a medium for intellectual engagement.
