We walk a line daily working the balance between what we believe and what we feel we just know to be true. This painting examines that apparent dichotomy, equating them. The cast acrylic spine in the centre contains various symbolic objects representing the crossover or intersection of those ideas.

When I created this work, it started off as an exploration of colour and balance. But as it progressed I started to feel something else unfolding as well. I started to sense the vibration of the colours. To me it became rooted in nature.
Everything around us and all throughout the universe is vibrating and constantly in motion. Even if somethings appear to be still, they are in fact in motion, resonating, and vibrating at various frequencies. So, in fact, all of nature vibrates. If you spend time in nature and learn to listen, you can feel those vibrations and hear nature sing.
Balance is vibrant and alive with a luscious textural appeal. It has a beautiful depth.
The sides have been carefully painted in a wrap around effect as I feel this finishes the work and makes it ready for immediate display. There is no need to frame unless it is your personal preference.
This work will also come wired for your convenience. The painting is signed on the front and is signed and numbered on the back.
