Ian Mackenzie
I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Toronto, Canada. I was elected to the Ontario Society of Artists in 2003 and served as a Council member for six years.
I use my work to try to understand how to live and what it means to be human. Contemplating the mysteries of life and death; the responsibility to ourselves, each other, and the environment, are foremost concerns reflected in my art.
I have exhibited in Canada, the United States and Europe.
