Sogol D’Enjoy
Born in Iran in 1981, Sogol is an Engineer but always had a passion for art. She started learning watercolor, gauche and color pencil techniques when she was 17. With a love for minimal art, Sogol is driven to develop and evolve her artistic learning through acrylics and mixed media experimentation using neutral colors.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Painting is my meditation. It’s fascinating and liberating. It frees my imagination and provides opportunities to express myself. I am a perfectionist in nature but I try to distance myself from that while painting and let myself go to create the feelings on canvas.
