It may be time to let that go
When you can’t tell truth from lies
be careful who you ostracize
It might be wise to not fall prey
to advertisers of the day
Especially those who so intend
to sell us that which doesn’t mend

When nothing makes a lick of sense
perhaps it’s time to ride the fence
The danger when we set our mind
or don’t remember to be kind
Is that we don’t just isolate
We descend into fear and hate
that weakens our immunity
and deserts our divinity
