When I left New York City for the suburbs, I lived at the corner of Brookfield and Southfield Roads. It was a beautiful location. The air felt crisp and colors felt vivid and alive. It was a time of hope, change and new beginnings. The incidental horizontal and vertical lines present themselves as an atmospheric landscape, as peaceful as life felt at the time.
