the inspiration for this piece in this series was based on my own suffering. I've had Crohn's disease since i was a kid. for the past 2 years before that it had gotten so bad where i actually couldn't even physically walk anymore and had lost so much weight that i became a shell of myself physically and mentally. in June i had a ileostomy surgery and vowed to myself that i would not waste anymore of my time when it came to plans and creating things for myself. i wanted to start creating series based around suffering and human cost as its something everyone deals with on a daily bases. my personal philosophies involve the thought that suffering is apart of the human experience for better or for worse. for example, going to the gym you suffer physically for the cost of getting better. With this piece i wanted to explore the chaos and outbreak of emotions that were present in the beginning of the war. families in panic and wondering what was going to happen regardless of where you were located. disorder and panic swept the nations like a plague with everyone in state of disarray.
