There was a time when it didn't matter whether I was strong or not. After facing hardships, I discovered that I had become strong. Everyone in this world encounters challenges. Some break and can't find the strength to stand, while others grow stronger. I went through it, and I see many people around me struggling with depression.

What made me strong?
The first step was determination. Believing that I could stand up and make an effort to love myself ended my aimless wandering. In the end, the answer was believing in myself. I am strong!
