Oil-based primer was used as a foundation. Hand-painted with thin layers of paint to create a smooth finish. Hung to dry for the recommended 6 months for oil paints. Then sealed with a removable Gamvar varnish to ensure it would last for generations to come. Ready to hang. Title, date, dimensions, and artist's name is written on the back.
