This abandoned leather factory is on the waters edge. The colors are dark & meant to feel timeworn, as leather wears with age. The window frames are arched for a luxury appearance back in its day of operation. The water tone is brighter, to represent that it continues to flow even after the factory is closed.

The colors are shades of dark brown, black, deep blue & grey.
