This painting presents a striking profile portrait of rendering of a Canadian First Nations Algonquin man in traditional dress at a ceremony against a vibrant green background. The subject's face is rendered in cool blue and purple hues, and is framed by dark sunglasses. It is part of a trio of paintings I did of similar portraits in homage to these Indigenous people. It is initialled on the front and signed on the back.
