Road Trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico was a fabulous adventure in Summer of 2019. My first overnight stop was in Dodge City, Kansas. Not much to talk about here as it was a hot dusty day, and I just wanted to rest. I chose to head out before dawn as I was dealing with long drives on back country roads in the farm/cattle region that can bring a lot of slow traffic. As the sun rose this beautiful solitude highway was illuminated and like a moth to a flame, I needed to stop and photograph this simple but elegant road.
