Watercolour on paper (matted and framed).
15x18"
This painting is inspired by the song “Pegasusthotz” by Field Medic. It is an 11 by 14 matted and framed watercolour painting. This painting is part of my visual interpretations collection.
I am a 19 year old artist located in Toronto, Ontario. My art is heavily inspired by my journey with paralysis in my left arm and shoulder. I turned to art as a form of therapy and it quickly became my passion. I spent years in physiotherapy and occupational therapy to get my arm to a functional level of movement. After 6 years of hard work in order to move again, my art had become heavily influenced by human movement and anatomy.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
My love and passion is my art. I want to show my strength and resilience through my paintings. Art is my therapy.
