A touch of Monet in shades of blue. This abstract captures the water by the edge of a pond in beautiful shades of greens. In Still Waters, I explore the dual nature of calmness—how beneath a seemingly serene surface, quiet turbulence and invisible movement pulse. This piece was born from an intuitive layering process, allowing color, texture, and gesture to flow organically. The act of painting mirrored the ebb and flow of thought, memory, and feeling. I sought not to depict water, but to embody it—to create a space for reflection, both literal and emotional. It is an invitation to pause, look deeper, and sense the life beneath stillness.
