Island of Fire is a semi abstract landscape. Inspired by textures and patterns of the small red island and plants on the white one. It was the most quiet and calm evening. Sketches were made in Killarney Provincial park, Canada. Finished in my studio, Toronto, Canada.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT
I am a Toronto based multidisciplinary artist working in painting, sculpture, installation and ephemeral art. Our world is rapidly changing. My work addresses personal, social, and environment issues associated with this change.
My paintings combine reality and imagination, focusing on people and behaviour. Inspiration emerges in my artistic creation through moments of connection and love. My practice uses studio models for figurative and semi-abstract paintings to examine human relationships and social interactions. My voice is expressed through vibrant colours, confident brushstrokes, and drawing.
