This is part of a series of square foot sized abstract landscapes. Inspiration for abstract landscapes comes to Elena from everywhere- photos, sunsets at the cottage, and the nature around her. Then what she sees is translated onto canvas: vibrant colours, texture, lines, and spots. Imagine, look, and think about what you see in this work. Elena used acrylic paint, paste, glazing, and lots of soul to make this piece.
