Growing up in Montreal, I was immersed in a world of art early on. I watched my mother execute hyper-realistic still-life paintings and observed my grandfather shape wood blocks into beautiful native birds. I was captivated by their creative energy. During these formative years, I stumbled upon the art of sculpture. This discovery would forever shape my artistic journey.
My sculptures possess an uncanny, almost eerie quality, with an otherworldly vibe emanating from them, blending the line between reality and fantasy. I am driven by the desire to provoke a visceral response in those who encounter my work. With each sculpture, I seek to challenge perceptions and expand the boundaries of artistic expression.
